You don't have to be religious to support Israel. You don't even need to be Jewish. You just need to know right from wrong.

Zionism is portrayed by right wing extremists as a sinister plot.
Zionism is portrayed by left wing extremists as a kind of fascism.
Zionism is portrayed by Islamists as an enemy of Islam.
Zionism is portrayed by liberals as religious extremism.

Such portrayals are fueled by bigotry, misunderstanding or shallow political fashions.

Zionism is merely support for the State of Israel and the belief that the Jewish people should have a homeland.

Even after thousands of years of persecution there are still many people who want to subjugate, disenfranchise, demonise and murder the Jews. This blog exists to defend the Jews, support the state of Israel and stave off attacks from from the haters (and self-haters).

We are not anti-Muslim and we are open to the establishment of a separate Palestinian State (as soon as Israel's neighbours have rid themselves of terrorism, violent antisemitism and the desire to wipe Israel off the face of the map). We do not support suicidal optimistic gestures for peace. Look at Gaza and learn!

We are not mired in traditional values. We aren't framing our policy around religious beliefs, but modern morality and a moderate political perspective. Israel is a tiny country yet, despite a perpetual fight for its very existence, it is a bastion of modern, progressive values and an oasis of democracy in the Middle East.
